Double spindle gundrilling machie, hole size from 3mm to 20mm, 3mm to 30mm, 4mm to 40mm. Length is up to 2m.

Four spindle gun drilling machine, hole size from 3mm to 20mm,3mm to 3mm, 4mm to 40mm. Length is up to 2m.

3D deep hole machine function:

Used in molds industry, especially for rectangular parts drilling and irregular parts drilling.

The machine could add index table, which is conveniently to work on distribution holes. Also it can add the function of milling, tapping function.

3D deep hole processing method:

The 3D gundrilling machine are built by the following parts:

Machine bed: Cast by gray iron HT300, twice aging treatment.

X aixs: Control the transverse movement of workpiece, guide rail. CNC control.

Y axis: Control the movement of cutting tool on vertical direction. Guide rail, CNC control.

Zaxis: CNC control the longitudinal feeding of cutting tool, the cutting tool feeding speed is stepless.

Drill box: Control the cutting tool to rotate. The spindle is driven by servo motor. The rear end of drill box adopts America Deublin rotatry joint.

Headstock: Rotary speed is constant 120r/min; The spindle can move axially under the control of hydraulic system to tighten and loosen the workpiece;

T slot working table: to put the workpiece on it. Customer optional is index table.

Guide frame: Guide direction for the cutting tool, remove the cutting chips and support the cutting tool; To tighten and loosen the workpiece under control.

Drill bar support rest: Used for supporting the drill bar.

Machine control system: FANUC /Siemens or PLC

Coolant system: dirty oil tank, clear oil tank, circulating pump, paper filter, pump groups, chain plate type chips conveyor, oil chiller The pressure adjustment knob and flow adjustment panel of the coolant system are installed on the CNC system operation station.
